As of 2022, the Chairman of the Board of Directors is Ertan İşgördü. This board of directors and knowledge, passed down as a legacy from their esteemed elder İhsan İşgördü to his sons and later to his grandchildren, enabled them to use all the possibilities of technology, led them to prepare their projects with a sustainable approach, produced their machines and enabled them to create molds that are fully compatible with these machines.
